RCIcast lines offer double collector units of varying capacities to suit each customer's needs. These units consist of two separate collectors positioned on the same stand. Each collector is controlled by independent AC control units and has a separate accumulator. Furthermore, each double collector unit is managed by its own PLC control system. 

All units are equipped with geared motors, transmission equipment, and reel haul-off mechanisms. Coil speeds are adjusted with position control based on line speed.

The wax unit on the line applies a thin layer of wax to each piece of wire exiting the casting unit before it reaches the collector unit. This unit houses the wax tank, circulation pumps, and connecting pipes.
